An arc-detecting breaker had to be replaced.
A GFI outlet in the garage had fried.
The sensors for the garage door opener (or the circuitry that handles them) are no longer functional.
The cable box in the master bedroom, the cable modem, the wireless access point and my bright, shiny iMac have all power supply failures (the mac is still under warranty -- the cable company replaced the boxes without a squeek; I still have to replace the WAP); the printer seems to be fine -- it powers up and blinks encouragingly but without a wireless network it's autistic for the nonce.
A circuit board in the main airconditioning unit seems to have gotten fried. Paul can't get to us until tomorrow or more likely Monday. I think we'll be hanging out upstairs tomorrow. A power supply to the security system has also fried (and maybe the security system main board).
The neighbor lost two HD cable boxes, an all-in-one printer, his garage door opener circuit board and assorted other things.
I was hoping that the elderly TV in the master bedroom would have gotten taken out but it was just the box (that it was plugged into).
My deductible is 1% of the coverage. I haven't quite reached $2500 in damages (thankfully).

My parents' house got hit by lightning about 10 years ago on Christmas Eve and had similar damage. Fortunately the computer, TVs, and a few other electronics were OK (although the surge protectors they were connected to were fried) but a number of the kitchen appliances were blown out while we were in the process of making Christmas Eve dinner and baking some things to be served on Christmas Day. So Dad and I spent part of Christmas Eve night putting a new element and thermostat in the oven, and a new timer in the dishwasher. Not fun, but we made it through the holiday. It was a good thing he owned a hardware store and had parts in stock for repairing GE appliances.
Good luck with the repairs! Hope it all gets back up and running quickly.
